Program: Google Apps End-User

This program is geared toward the typical user and includes topics such as, mail management, document customization, site creation, and group management. End-User training on average is broken into 2 or 3 sessions at 3-4hrs each and spread several days or weeks. Our “just in time” approach to end user training avoids overwhelming users with more information than they can consume in a single session. Instead, we’ll coordinate closely with your businesses needs in order to best identify an effective training delivery schedule. What this means for your business is users have ample time to understand what they don’t know.

Program: Google Apps Experts

This program is intended as an add-on to the Google Apps Admin training. We cover such things as how to promote internal-management, where to look for answers and how to go about asking questions to the broader Google Apps community. Google Apps has a growing community with a strong sense of collaboration which makes finding answers to many of the day-to-day questions. Your Google Apps expert will typically have a strong understanding of your business and is consistently looking for new ways to achieve excellence in serving your target market.

Program: Google Apps Administrators

This program is intended as an add-on or standalone module of the Google Apps experts program. Google Apps administrators receive training on topics such as, domain configuration, user deployment, mobile synchronization and data migration. Similar to the Google Apps End-User program the Admin program allows administrators to learn at a manageable pace while getting the support they need to assist the broader team of users.
