Log into your Google Apps account by going to http;//google.com/a/cpanel/YOUR-DOMAIN.COM
After login, click Add more services

Select Add it now beneath Contacts, Google Wave and Groups

In Google Apps, Nicknames are similar to an alias. Oftentimes, Nicknames are used as an alternative
to created a separate user account. Some popular Nicknames are info@, support@. This step is optional,
so if you aren’t sure whether you have a need for Nicknames feel free to leave this blank.

From the admin dashboard click Domain Settings in the top navigation bar
In the General tab update or enable the following;

From the admin dashboard click Advanced tools in the top navigation bar;
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the box “Allow users to upload mail using the
Email Migration API”

From the admin dashboard select Email
In the General tab update or enable the following

From the admin dashboard select Calendar
In the General tab update take a moment to review the Sharing Options. By default
“Only free/busy information (hide event details)” is enabled.
Choose the highest level of access you would like your users to have within their Google Apps
Calendar. We recommend “Share all information…” which provides the user with the ability
to share their calendar with others outside of the domain.

From the admin dashboard select Service Settings > Mobile
